Elizabeth Jane Hurley (born Elizabeth Jane Hurley) is an English actress, model and model who was a former Hugh Grant girlfriend. She gained fame in the mid 1990s. Hurley became the focus of media after Grant gained worldwide attention because of the success in the film Four Weddings and a Funeral. Vanessa Kensington was her most well-known part in Mike Myers hit spy comedies International Man of Mystery (1997) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me(1999). I Kissed a Girl, a confident song about her sexual inclinations set against a hard-edged electronic-pop beat, gained a greater splash several months after. The track quickly caused controversy, as critics criticized the song for encouraging sexual relations between gays and lesbians while others claimed that the racy scenario it depicted catered to men's fantasies about female sexuality. However, the mix of sensuality and polished music made I Kissed a Girl become the number one song across multiple countries, generating the album sales of the Boys (2008). Hot N Cold's sharp and energetic second single also proved well-loved. The album that Perry created in large portion sold over three million copies.
